Whole Hog Share - Custom Processed: Our Berkshire/American Guinea Hog cross pigs are lovingly bred, born, and raised here on our farm in Jonesville, NC on pasture and forest with regenerative farming practices. This heritage breed cross is excellent for meat quality and fat-to-meat ratio. Our hogs are never medicated or vaccinated in any way, and we don’t use toxic chemicals on our farm. Besides the pigs’ normal forage of roots, grasses, and nuts, we supplement with locally grown stone-milled feed and fruits/vegetables. Our customers rave about how delicious our pork is; you'll never want to go back to grocery store pork! We have whole and half hog shares available usually within two to four weeks. Meat is custom processed to your specifications and vacuum-sealed. Cost including slaughter and processing is $4.75 per pound of hanging weight for a whole hog and $5 for half. Our total hanging weight is usually between 200 and 260 lbs. (100 and 130 for a half hog share) but can vary.
